GUITARIST Wanted for Alternative Rock Band

Emerging from the Los Angeles music scene, an alternative rock band based in the greater Los Angeles area, is seeking a rhythm/lead guitarist in guitar driven, multi-effects rock band. All genders/races/orientations/identities are welcome to apply. We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria: - Somewhere in the age range of 21-35 - Has own gear (multiple basic effects pedals including chorus, flanger, delay, reverb or multi-effects unit i.e. HX Stomp, etc.; amp that is pedal effects friendly) - Back up vocals not required but ideal for harmonies, etc. - Has own transportation - Dedicated/Able to jam AT LEAST ONCE a week (or be able to meet up additionally to learn new material) - Learns quickly/Works well as part of a team (please have good communication skills) - Able to contribute economically (rehearsal, recordings, merch, etc.)/Will also split paid gigs, royalties, etc. - Be open-minded, no egos/pride, isn’t overly sensitive to constructive criticism, have a “whatever serves the music as a whole” attitude We rehearse at least ONCE a week in Santa Fe Springs (border of LA/OC county), however, open to accommodations/changing locations if the right fit. Looking to commit to playing live shows and arranging music together.
