Oyna natural foods brings fresh, Persian flavors, prepared, ready to enjoy, to the natural food lovers where they shop. We are based in San Francisco and distributed to over 50 independent natural groceries in the bay area and growing! Kuku - Persian frittata (our staple) is packed with fresh vegetables, bound with organic eggs, and baked with olive oil. Our food is handcrafted in small batches, using highest quality ingredients. We are looking for an enthusiastic brand ambassador to support our business in our retail partners by introducing our products to the shoppers and establishing professional relationship with the retail team members and managers. Qualifications: Carry a friendly, energetic, personable demeanor and have a passion for great customer service with a customer-first mentality. Exhibit a strong focus on quality with creating eye-catching display table and keeping the demo table, samples and products on the shelf clean & well merchandised. Enjoy working in the natural food retail environment and building professional and respectful relationships with store team members. Have the ability to initiate the conversation with visitors and educate them about Oyna natural foods’ mission and values in a professional manner with samples, and sales support. Responsibilities: Brand ambassadors contribute to Oyna’s culture by passionately and genuinely connecting with the store visitors and the team members, and providing a memorable experience for all. Engage with customers by welcoming them, providing warm, friendly and genuine service, asking they have tried Oyna natural foods, and introduce or reintroduce them. Set up the display on the designated area with the products to display in the ice case, and samples to be served. Maintain a ‘customer-first’ attitude while working with a strong sense of urgency. Actively work to increase customer traffic and sales through sampling, product suggestions and learning about the shoppers’ needs. Keep a professional overall presentation, by modelling friendly, respectful and business-appropriate communication with store team and customers and by maintaining a clean and well-groomed personal appearance. Days and Hours; Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. 5 hours per shift. 2 days commitment minimum.
