Need hedges trimmed and cuttings hauled away

Hi, We are moving out of our warehouse and need to trim the hedges for the landlord. They are about 8' tall now and need to be trimmed down to 4'. There will be approximately 2 pickup trucks worth of cutting when you are done. You will need to dispose of those yourself as well. We are looking to pay $500 for the entire job. We occasionally have more work. This is for the long hedge in the picture and the smaller hedge by the garage ion the 2nd picture.
