Description
One professional event staffer to assist with an indoor event in Pasadena from 10am-3:00pm on Sunday, September 25th. $100 flat rate.
This person will be the primary contact for the different Speakers in a specific room during the event.
They will have five primary (and easy) duties, which they should conduct without need for management:
1. Inform attendees who enter the room the time of the upcoming talk.
2. Greet the speaker when they enter the room.
3. Introduce the Speaker to the attendees at the listed start time of their talk.
4. Thank the Speaker at the listed end time of their talk.
5. Keep the chairs organized in the room.
Must be over 21 to participate. Dress code will be specified.
Must be professional and friendly in demeanor.
