The purpose of this group is to provide pregnant or postpartum mothers with support, coping skills, hope for the future and a safe, comfortable space to express feelings on motherhood and parenting. Participants will better understand the dynamics of postpartum depression and anxiety, practice mindfulness, and learn coping tools.
