Join Suburbanoid for a deeply relaxing sound bath guided meditation every Saturday morning 9:30 am at Leadbetter Beach, Santa Barbara. Suburbanoid performs a blissful sound meditation experience featuring sound drones layered with live instruments including: Fusion Sitar, Tibetan singing bowls, guitar with electric bow, Koshi chimes, gong, harmony bars, sound loops, and vocals. This event is intended to help people take a moment, relax, meditate, and find some peacefulness to bring and share in their upcoming week. The meditation is at the beach, on the sand. Please feel free to bring yoga mats, blankets, chairs, or whatever you may need to get comfortable to sit or lay down for the experience. Music and sound help with meditation concentration by focusing the mind. It can help to create positive vibrations and ease one into a state of deep relaxation.
