Who is it for?Anyone currently in or pursuing roles related to Design, UX, Product, and/or Development and: You wish you had a better way to get some help on a personal projectYou like to give back and share what you know, but not sure howYou want to level up in a specific skillYou want to move into management, after being an individual contributorWhether you're just starting out, or a seasoned pro, we want to offer you a safe place to practice skills and grow your goals. What will we do?Once a month, we host what we like to call "Study Hall." Study Hall will be a dedicated time where you can BYOP (bring your own project) to work on with peers/mentors. You'll have the option to work independently with feedback available nearby, and/or with small groups toward similar tasks. We also have a running list of challenges to choose from, to get you started if you need. (Think of it like a meetup-mashup between design jam, sprint, workshop, portfolio review, and mentor matching.) There will be a rotation of Mentors (aka Guides) available to help with projects and activities. Because this is a Mutual Mentorship model, we want to empower everyone to share their knowledge and experience as well as find new ways to grow.
