Installation of Trim, Drywall, Texturing & Painting

We are hiring a 2-4 man crew with experience in light demolition and the installation of crown/base, door trim, drywall, texturing and painting for a home project in McKinney- must have a 2-4 member crew - be very articulate and detailed orientated. You must have your own tools, transportation and be ready to start in the morning by 11am, you must possess (1 or 2) 14 to 16 ft ladders as one section has high ceilings. We will provide all the material - you must have all the tools and equipment for the project. Project consist of the following: DRYWALL DEMO, REPAIRING, REPLACEMENT: approx 192 sqft TEXTURING tTAPE-BED WALLS /CEILINGS :living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms hallway and laundry room. PAINTING: WALLS / CEILING DOOR TRIM, BASE BOARDS, CROWN AND PICTURE FRAME TRIM Not a big Job - just need it done quick as the house is sold! if you know what you are doing, shouldn’t take more than 4 days 5 max with clean up.
