HELP! Is anyone good with photoshop or lightroom?

Ok CL'ers... I'm hoping someone out there will be kind enough to help me. I just started a new job. My boss gave me a project that I am clueless on how to do. She sent me this pic of her hubby camping, and wants to hang it in her living room. But doesn't want his belly showing. Is there any way to crop in a white tee shirt? Or??? Totally open to suggestions. I'm kind of freaking out because I waxed poetic in my interview about how great I was with computers and such. This was not the kind of project I had in mind! LOL. If someone can even tell me how to do it, I'd be very grateful. And I can shoot you a couple bucks or something if you can actually pull it off. And I do have both photoshop and lightroom. I'm just not skilled at either.
