Chris J is not a California resident. Although it has not been disproven, but most likely he is one of the few idiots who posts in here daily from some P.O.S red state and just claims he lives in California. Although I did hear once that he lives under one of the many Bay Area freeway over passes fighting over cardboard rights and for METH and moonlights on his knees for money.
