Allthenticate's core technology is based on a patent that Chad authored while at MIT and has since licensed. He has also been the technical lead at Allthenticate since its inception and has helped build a hardware product (smart door reader), a complex mobile app, a comprehensive cloud offering, and low-level software for Linux, macOS, and Windows. Before starting Allthenticate, Chad was a researcher at MIT Lincoln Laboratory where his work focused on offensive cybersecurity for the Department of Defense. Chad is a lifetime hacker and still participates in competitive hacking competitions.
