Hey there, and thanks for clicking on my ad! My name is Rylan I am 31 and I am a guitarist. I have been playing for around 18 years or so and still have a lot to learn but can play pretty good (I think).
My goal is to start playing shows. I have some music written and my buddy and I need to grind it out in the studio. I think it is around 7 songs that are written or almost completely written. I am totally open to your musical ideas too.
Influences are Bleed from Within, Trivium, Bullet, Avenged, Atreyu, As I Lay Dying, Dream Theater, In Flames, Lamb of God and more but those give you an idea of what I am about.
I don't plan on doing any cover songs and do not want to start a cover band.
I have professional equipment, availability to practice and reliable transportation.
Looking for another guitarist, drummer, bassist and singer/screamer. I can sing and scream some but it has been years since I have picked up a microphone.
I also prefer to practice how we will play shows: with modeling and in ears. So a plus if you have a Fractal or similar or an electronic kit (to practice) if you are a drummer.
