Look for the following signs: * Broken or boarded up window * damaged roof * peeling paint * caution tape * high grass * bad landscaping * fire damage Process: * Take a picture of the home * Write down the address * Send it to me If I purchase the home, you can get anywhere from $500-$1,000. I purchase many homes per month, so there is no limit on how many homes I will purchase per month. Location doesn't matter. I buy anywhere.
