Are you a member of a local team? Or just interested in learning more about SVBC and its teams? Then this is the ride for you! The Mt. View Local Team needs new members and is expanding its advocacy efforts to Los Altos. This is an opportunity to connect with members of the Mountain View and Los Altos local team and join us on what could be the site of a future open streets event. Together we'll experience the existing bicycle infrastructure and identify opportunities to advocate for more and improved infrastructure in Los Altos. Most of the route will be paved, though there are plenty of paseos and bike routes to explore. These can be a bit narrow at places, but you're always welcome to walk your bikes. All wheels and cycling levels are welcome! Water and bathrooms will be available at the Los Altos library/museum complex, but please bring your own. We will start and end at the shopping complex with CVS and plenty of restaurants and snack shops to peruse before or after the ride.
