The overall goal of this workshop is for YOU to make a positive difference for the people you care about.
There are shadows to examine, windows to be opened, connections to be made, and behaviors to change. And your peers are waiting for you to do this work.
By the end of this session, you will gain insights and practice tools which will improve your effectiveness and confidence in stressful situations, especially those that relate to trust, conflict, and power dynamics in organizations and intentional communities. Specifically, we will engage interactive exercises using The Drama Triangle.
You know the people who you want to help. You know the contribution that you want to make. You have the willingness to put in the effort. If you can earn their trust, you can make the change you seek to make.
Here's to Great Communication!
