Friday, July 8th - 8:00 AM - 8:45 AM - Right on the beach in Venice - we will meet in front of Starbucks - 909 Ocean Front Walk, Venice Beach. Enjoy a free boxing tutorial for 45 minutes with a current amateur boxer in training. I have vast experience in the fundamentals of boxing, personal fitness and healthy nutrition. A meditative approach to the art of boxing, there is no gloves required (however you may wear your own if you wish), as there will be no physical contact with any person or equipment; this session will be focused on balance, footwork, proper punch technique and the boxing stance. Class is limited to 10 people.
