BLACK WOMEN WELLNESS WEDNESDAYS
These workshops are meant to encourage positive communication amongst cisgender Black Women.
Black Women Wellness Wednesdays is a healing-and-mindfulness space for Black women to get familiar, be vulnerable and speak her truth! It also aims at connecting cisgender Black Women of multiple generations, encouraging positive communication and building community betterment.
FREE activity!!! Special, locally-sourced tea will be provided. While there will be sweeteners including some fabulous honey available, we ask that you bring your own sweeteners.
June's Topic: Walk-N-Talk Series
For this month, at Black Women's Wellness Wednesdays, we will be doing a Walk-N-Talk series leaving from Rich City Gallery to explore Unity Park, the Green Way Trail and its eligible forest and other Richmond spots while we having conversations about current events. While walking is a good physical activity, it's also therapeutic!
