General Cleaning skills • Customer Service Skills -- meet greet vendors • Must speak English • Must be able to lift up to 25lbs • Inspect vacant suites for deficiencies • Clean vacancies • Set up conferences • Collect recycle material • Maintain kitchen/lounge area • High School or equivalent, normally 2 years of experience in janitorial cleaning Sign-on Bonus $750.00 Individual must pass EXTENSIVE background check.
