We are looking for a full time maintenance technician for an open position at Mobil Country Club in Rancho Cordova. Mobil Country Club takes great pride in their appearance and grounds. We are seeking a professional and talented maintenance person to help keep up our pristine grounds and service the facilities on site. Maintenance tasks including, but not limited to: • Grounds Cleanup • Grounds keeping – mowing/blowing, trimming, light tree work, raking, and disposing of leaves • Changing locks • Plumbing – potentially digging ditches, making repairs, trouble-shooting sewer line clogs, and clearing lines • Changing gas and electrical meters, rebuilding supports • Identifying and reporting rule violations and/or safety issues within the park • Light fence repair • Maintenance of buildings • Painting • Must be able to manage projects. • May be needed to be "on call" for emergencies and ensure property coverage. • Will be working side by side with property manager on special projects • Reports to the maintenance supervisor and community manager.
