Description
Tennis is fun and truly a workout for the entire body. It involves your legs, shoulders, arms, hands, upper back, and lower back all to get a good workout. It requires running, swinging arms, stopping and starting, jumping, and crouching down. You can burn between 300 to 600 calories an hour.
PTR Certified Coach is offering beginner tennis lessons with individual attention. Junior Group: Age 5 and up, Adult Beginner: 16 and up.
