The full Moon in July is called the Buck Moon because the antlers of male deer (bucks) are in full-growth mode at this time. Alternative Full Buck Moon Names (plants): Plants are also featured prominently in July’s Moon names. Some of our favorites are Berry Moon (Anishinaabe), Moon When the Chokecherries are Ripe (Dakota), Month of the Ripe Corn Moon (Cherokee), and Raspberry Moon (Algonquin, Ojibwe). View source here. Hiking with Maria has become a spiritual event, even for this atheist. The lunar treks are 100% magic and I highly recommend everyone make the trip at least once." - Gillian Levi"During the pandemic shutdown, I enjoyed my fair share of outdoor yoga. But Camp Bum took the outdoor yoga experience to another level! Got to warm up with a hike and enjoy an awesome flow on the sand. All emersed in the relaxing backdrop of the ocean waves." - Aldo Monges
