First you will need to complete a California DRE approved Real Estate Course before taking your California Department of Real Estate State Exam. Because of mandatory education wait periods, the whole process from education to license in hand can take approximately five to six months. In order to get your California Real Estate license, you must be at least 18 years of age and register for and complete 135 hours of required education. This Online Course can be done from the comfort of your own home and best of all, it is paid by us. There are plenty of people that would like to start a new career, but unfortunately the educational costs are hard to come by. So that is why we want to help by giving you a helping start. Once you have your California Real Estate License you will need to hang that with a brokerage of your choice. We hope in return that you choose to hang your license with our brokerage.
