found: small pale tan dog corner of Spring and Beech-ish

I found a small dog cowering near my garage today, Sat 6/17, around 1:30pm. No collar. Dog has a terrier face, is probably 10-15 pounds. Pale tan color. Would not let me touch him/her, but I was able to loop a leash over dog's head and dog was very comfortable walking on leash. I let the dog lead and we walked around my block, more or less, and no one I encountered knew the dog, though one person thought he saw the dog running by unaccompanied on Friday. After walking around the block, I put dog in my (secure) back yard and put out food and water; dog has eaten at least one day's worth of food so far. Dog has not barked once; has whimpered a few times because I can't let the dog in my house -- my cats are clearly uncomfortable and I can't keep them all safely inside together. For now I am keeping dog in backyard with sunny and shady patches, food and water, and a soft place to lie down with a blanket, as well as a cat/dog small bed. Dog hangs out by the patio door and is not complaing. Email me if this is your dog.
