Just found dumped luggage of several owners

At 10 pm tonight, Saturday June 18, I just found more dumped luggage once again in the same exact spot as June 5th when I had found dumped bags. Once again it’s directly in front of that same parked car, but I don’t know if that car is involved as it appears a car leaking oil had been parked in front of it within that hour that these have been dumped. Anyway, if anyone is missing any of this stuff pictured, contact me, meanwhile I’ll try to find contact info & identification. I know I saw Myanmar passports & some California IDs too, but I literally just packed up everything into whatever was laying around, so everyone’s belongings are probably mixed together. These cocksucking thieves like to trash everything & dump it off. There’s got to be some video from a building across the street that can get footage of the vehicle & people dumping things. This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks in the same exact spot, & the 3rd in a month I’ve found within a block of it. There is so far, Myanmar passports for Nang Kant Kaw & California license & ID for S.L Chand
