I sent my seven year old, healthy and happy dog, for a dental. She died under anesthesia at the beginning of the procedure. When I saw her body, the poor girl's eyes were still open. The vet cannot explain to me why this happened. They keep telling me they don't know. Dr. Ulla has no empathy, if not a sociopath. When she was on a phone call with my partner answering questions (my partner was in a biz travel and wanted to know what happened), she was smile and laughing, while chewing a gum. She didn't know I was standing in front of her looking at her face. When she noticed I was there, she turned her face immediately and pretended she feels bad. I know she didn't. She doesn't care, even though my poor baby died in her hands. Don't send your pets to this place. Send them to somewhere at least the staff care about them, and have basic knowledge and sense.
