To date, only 19 restaurants have applied for the necessary permits for outdoor dining. The cost of the permits ranges from $10 - $30 per square foot, plus inspection fees. Her name is Rachael Borrelli, and she is coordinator of volunteer and public service at the Department of Animal Services. Borrelli helped students interact with cats and dogs. She helped students them build their communication and team building skills. Borrelli also works with five other special needs groups and helps approximately 15 students.
