SF Investor Social Club Picnic & Networking Our organization would like to host a picnic focusing on connection, team building, fostering collaboration, and showing our appreciation for community. We have reserved a corner of Lindley Meadow. Our annual picnic provides an opportunity where members from all areas can come together as one, connections and togetherness. Bring your friends or family along with you for a FUN event including BBQ & Potluck, Sack Race & Tug of War, Toss Golf Challenge, & listen to real estate speakers focusing on areas of first time investing, homeownership, house-hacking, 1031 exchange tips, joint venturing, building your investment portfolio and getting involved in syndications. What is SF Investor Social Club? A social club that caters to real estate investors in the city of San Francisco, as well as a connector for those interested in buying outside of the city. A network for buyers & sellers to joint venture and educate themselves on building their portfolio. What do we offer? Networking and speakers focusing on insider tips within real estate investments, brokers, investors, and attorneys willing to give quick information needed locally within the Bay area, in real time. Happy Hour Social Network: Access to our investor network to build like-minded relationships which includes drinks on a special happy hour discount throughout the hour. Park Picnic Area Information One of the grandest green spaces in glorious Golden Gate Park is Lindley Meadow. Its grassy area stretches along the south edge of JFK Drive in the center of the park, spilling down a steep bank into a wide flat space with picnic tables and grills tucked into the eucalyptus border. Lindley Meadow is a splendid place for an event and picnic! Lindley Meadow has 12 individually reservable picnic tables. All of the picnic sites are clustered along Lindley’s southern edge, each with 1 to 2 picnic tables and BBQ grills. Address 1054 John F. Kennedy (JFK) Drive San Francisco, CA 94121 Lindley Meadow is on the south side of JFK Drive, across from the 30th Avenue and Fulton Street entrance. At 30th Avenue and JFK, there is a sign for Lindley Meadow. Picnic & Party Features Restrooms are located at the Equestrian Center just west of Lindley Meadow. Cheers! Beer and wine are welcome at Lindley Meadow, but kegs and liquor are not. Remember: carrying open alcoholic beverages outside the picnic area is never permitted. All of Lindley Meadow’s picnic tables front the expansive grassy area, so spread out and play some games! There is shared space for lawn games or volleyball - so you and your neighbors all have room to play!
