Just as every person is unique, every deaf and hearing loss journey is unique as well. In this new ViewFinder event on July 7, explore deafness and hearing loss through different lenses of education, understanding, compassion, and technological advancements. Discover the many ways to communicate verbally and nonverbally and how those options provide each person agency. Plus, examine how our connection to establishing language is critical to building connection with the world around us. Following the screening, enjoy a Q&A discussion with special guests. Event Schedule 5:30PM – Doors Open/Light Refreshments 6PM – Opening Remarks & Screening (open seating) 6:40PM – Q&A Discussion with special guests ASL interpretation will be provided, and the preview will have open captioning.
