PLEASANTON, CA — Mark your calendars for June 18 Hello Kitty lovers. The Hello Kitty Cafe pop-up truck will stop in Pleasanton at the Stoneridge Shopping Center from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. You can find the truck by the Cheesecake Factory. The all-pink cafe on wheels is on a tour of the country sharing exclusive treats and collectibles, a PR company with the truck said in a news release. Fans can find new merchandise such as mugs, lunchboxes, T-shirts and totes. There will also be hand-decorated cookie sets and more.
