Training facilitated by Lana Frausto and Luz Razo from San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health. Mental Health First Aid teaches you: • Signs of early mental illnesses and/or substance abuse. • The five-step action plan to assess a situation and provide assistance. • The impact of mental and substance use disorders. • Local resources and where to turn for assistance. Class size is limited. Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided.
