Seeking Producer for Indie Horror Short

I'm a screenwriter/director currently working in game writing/cinematics and have established a name for myself in that field, but my heart is and always will be in live-action film and television. I've written a script for a horror short of approximately 20 pages that I feel is in a really good place and I'd love to shoot it in the coming year. I'm looking for a partner to help me produce it locally here in San Francisco, though I'd be willing consider other locations should it work better for the production. The script takes place primarily in one apartment, with a few short scenes in other locations (hotel/restaurant, office, a few exterior locations for short vignettes). I've already secured some funding for the piece, but I'm hoping to find a good producer interested in making a unique indie horror short who will help me secure even more funding and be my partner-in-crime when it comes to the actual execution of this script.
