We are looking to a few folk to be assistants and help our TEAM of Photographers for the UCSC Photo Event on June 9-June 12. See below for hours needed each day. We are looking for fun, outgoing, responsible people to help with prepping the students as they come up to take a photo. You may be assisting by ushering or helping the student adjust their sash/stole. These are fun and energetic events. Please keep in mind you will be on your feet for long periods of time and we will be outdoors. Attire is professional - NO JEANS or t-shirts. Must be able to be dressed semi-professional attire. This is a celebration of graduation for the students and we need to look the part. DATES and HOURS: Thursday, June 9 - ARRIVE: 1:30 PM - 9:00 PM Friday, June 10 - ARRIVE: 7:00 AM - 8:30 PM Saturday, June 11 - ARRIVE: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Sunday, June 12 - ARRIVE: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM There will be a break in between events (approximately 30 mins) and an hour lunch break Friday-Sunday (in addition to the breaks in between events). Assistant PAY: $940 You will be paid at the end of the last day (June 12th). WE are also looking for a MASCOT "actor" person for these events. Must be someone fun and energetic. Hours and dates are the same but you will be splitting the shift Mascot shift with other Mascot persons. This means you will not be in the mascot suit the entire time. This will be a split role. When you are not a mascot you will be assisting the photographer team or assisting the other Mascot folks. DATES and HOURS for MASCOT: Thursday, June 9 - ARRIVE: 1:30 PM - 9:00 PM Friday, June 10 - ARRIVE: 7:00 AM - 8:30 PM We would like you to work June 11 & June 12 as well but mostly in the Assistant Role. Saturday, June 11 - ARRIVE: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Sunday, June 12 - ARRIVE: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Pay for Mascot-Assistant PAY: $1150 (plus bonus) You will be paid at the end of the last day (June 12th).
