Hello! We are moving to Mill Valley and looking for a full-time nanny for our four year old son and 15 month old daughter. These two love the outdoors, active play, anything to do with water, and exploring new things. We are looking for someone confident, loving, and energetic. Our son has a severe speech delay - we are very protective of him and are looking for someone to be his biggest cheerleader and supporter (aside from his parents). We are a very laidback, outgoing family that doesn't believe in a lot of rules outside of sleep schedules and spending time outdoors. We are also looking for someone with a flexible schedule as we hope to dine out a couple of nights a week (overtime pay of course). We are hands on as well, devoted to our kids, and are looking for someone to join our family - not an employee. Spanish is a plus!
