OWA Sushi Pop-Up @ South End Venice
Chef Yoshi Park, formerly of Venice mainstay Chaya, is bringing his skill back to a pop-up at South End Venice, where he will bring his signature mix of Japanese and European culinary influences to guests with fresh, beautifully crafted sushi, and other exclusive dishes, every Wednesday and Thursday evening, beginning April 27th.
Our five-course omasake tasting includes:
Tuna Tartare: shallot, chive, caviar, lemon ailoli
Mizu Tako Crude: yuzu vinaigrette, plum, myoga, shiso oil
OWA Bouillabaisse: black cod, jumbo shrimp, Hokkaido scallop, asari clam, leek, saffron
Seasonal Fish Sushi: aji, botan ebi, kanpachi
OWA Futomaki: tuna, eel, hamachi, cucumber, tamago, ikura
Menu may change according to seasonal availability
Additional drink pairing can be purchased during service for $20
