Contractors/handymen needed for rehab projects on multiple mobile homes at Hidden Valley Mobile Home Community in Oroville. Each mobile home needs various work done such as flooring, roof sealing, wall patching/drywall, ceiling repairs, new bathroom, new kitchen cabinets and so forth. You will need to come take a look and bid on the jobs you are good at. You need to have all your own tools and truck and ideally be a crew of at least 2 people to get it done within reasonable time.
