Description
Looking for a ride from Simi (off Erringer) to the Kaiser Permanente facility in Hollywood and then back to Simi. This is for a minor medical procedure so you will need to accompany me to check in/check out so that Kaiser staff can confirm that I have a ride home. Pick up at noon and return should be right around 4:30pm. You don't need to wait around at the facility, just be back in time to pick me up. $50 up front and $100 when you pick me up for the ride home.
