The warehouse team member is an essential part of our world. They make sure that the products we manage are handled with care and that all aspects of shipping are executed efficiently, correctly and on time. Responsibilities • Label, bag, combo pack, product etc. • Check product against listing for accuracy • Maintain clean workstation (including taking out trash/ recycle, and replacing tape rolls) • Wrap pallets • Receive and inspect inbound shipments (UPS, USPS, FedEx, LTL) to check for damage and accurate quantity • Keep warehouse clean and safe • Load outbound shipments (UPS, LTL) • Spot forklift operator, directing traffic being loud & clear • Handle tools & equipment in a safe and professional manner (i.e. razor blades) • Notify lead or manager of any hazards, mistakes, or damages • Aware of co-workers working alongside, providing assistance and looking out for each other's work • Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area. • Maintain quality service by following organization operating standards and procedures. • Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat, maintaining clean shipping supply area. • Complete required reporting in timely and accurate manner. • Maintain technical knowledge by participating in training and development opportunities. • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. • Load and unloads trucks and delivery vehicles • Assist in the inventory of warehouse stock and inventory reconciliations • Operate delivery truck, forklift, and other warehouse tools and equipment • Wrap, pack, log, and otherwise prepare parcels and goods for shipping Requirements • Great attitude • Available to work when needed, this includes overtime and weekends • Get it done type of mentality • Ability to work with all levels of company staff • Comfortable receiving frequent direct written and oral feedback • Forklift certification (preferred, but not required) • Possession of a valid and appropriate California Driver's License • Ability to meet the physical requirements necessary to safely and effectively perform the required duties • Must be able to lift 50 lbs at a minimum Benefits • 401K -3% match • Health Insurance • Dental Insurance • Vision Insurance • Paid time off • Paid birthday off • Paid holidays • Life Insurance, disability, and accident insurance • Training and development programs (Online Training Resources- Professional education units) • Employee assistance program • Commuter benefits • Company performance bonuses • Individual performance bonuses • Additional personal time off incentives • Marketplace rewards (company discounts) • Competitive salary • Paid birthday off • Kombucha and cold brew on tap • Great culture • Casual dress code • Wellness benefits • Training and development benefits
