The conservative point of view for changing laws?

Description

On the surface of things, we can see that a minority of voters think we should all pay for unwanted people coming into the USA. I was looking to put things in context. About 1 million immigrate to us each year. Many people believe that immigration into the United States is a drag on economics. Immigrates don’t have to learn to speak English for years once they come to the US. Immigrates don’t pay enough taxes to pay for the education and social services they and their children receive. About 1 million abortions are performed in the US annually. Babies don’t speak any language for years. Many parents are not employed for years because of babies. Healthcare for a person that does not pay taxes for 18 years is costly. The education cost doesn’t see any repayment of the taxes we all pay for someone else children, for 18 years at least. Then taxpayers fund a college education for 4 years and get stiffed with the loan cost because education in any case does not improve earnings. On the surface of things, it just adds up to stopping both immigration and stupid babies.
