Well, let's make soda (or pop) in the healthiest way possible by adding herbs and fruit to the mix. This is a hands-on fermentation class where all steps of fermentation will be demonstrated with a chance to make yourself as well. Each participant will leave with a full soda bottle and a mason jar of fermentation to make more as well as all instructions so the likeliness of a "mess up" is unlikely.
