Well, it appears that the City Council in Seaside doesn't have a clue what they are doing. They continue to add more vehicles to the city streets without adequate street cleaning. The streets are constantly getting destroyed, and now they agreed amongst themselves to add more vehicles at the Wheeler street Tennis Courts. One person's opinion? Definitely not. It's just a matter of fact. Go ahead and call them up and ask them what their plan is for cleaning the streets. A concerned resident here in "DISASTER CITY"
