If you own a travel trailer or motor home that is in reasonable shape and self contained, we would consider you parking on the property and providing utilities in partial exchange for work. water, sewer, electricity, and wifi available for the right person. Maintenance person for private property maintenance. Prefer at least 3 years of actual maintenance and landscape experience like mowing lawns, pulling weeds, deadheading flowering plants, and blower clean up. Must be able to drive a stick shift Pro Gator tractor. We have all the tools and equipment. Experience with planting plants, trimming trees, and other handyman skills are a plus. If you have construction skills, sheet rock, carpentery etc that would be a plus also. You have to be in reasonable physical condition to be able to do the work. We want someone that is detail-oriented, organized,a self-starter, and responsible. Full time for the right person. Clear instructions will be provided. Must have vehicle transportation to get to work on time. You do not need your vehicle to work, just to get here. The workday starts at 7:00 or 8 a.m. work is in Santa Rosa in Bennett Valley.
