Aide for disabled senior in trade for FREE RENT+

In need of a live-in aide for a disabled senior in exchange for FREE ROOM +utilities. I am looking for a new aide. I am a disabled senior living with my husband. The aide will provide me with 15 hours of attendant care per week in exchange for a free bedroom, free utilities, free internet access, a shared kitchen space washer, dryer and automatic dishwasher with yard space and a small garden space. The aide will get all National holidays off. I’m looking for a live-in aide. I would like to hire someone by mid-May. The aide must be able to lift me onto and off of my shower bench. The other three lifts to and from my standing frame and into bed can be done with a Hoyer lift. Those three lifts do not require any strength. But the two lifts from my wheelchair to the shower bench and back to my wheelchair do. I weigh 125 lbs. I am 5’2”. You will be instructed in the safest way to lift for you and me. I love fun and would like someone with a sense of humor – a real plus. The aide needs to be a non-smoker, must have a CA driver's license (with clean driving record) and be vaccinated. Duties will include: 1. Showering Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings. 2. Putting me to bed the above-mentioned days. 3. Get me on and off my standing frame. 4. All above duties will be between 6PM and 9PM. 5. The aide will be taught how to get me into my ramp and to lock me in so that he/she can drive me shopping to get groceries nearby two hours per week Friday, Saturday or Sunday 6. The aide will help me with basic internet help occasionally so that person needs to be computer literate Perfect for a student. This workplace is LGBTQ+ friendly
