Royal fix LA searching for an experienced maintenance technician who can help us thrive. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of general building maintenance solutions for both daily repair requests and long-term preventative care. In addition to managing the day-day maintenance of the building, the maintenance technician is responsible for managing 3rd party vendors, coordinating repairs with residents, and reporting on all maintenance projects. The candidate will report directly to our Property Manager and interface directly with the company’s management team, residents, and outside vendors on a regular basis. Full Job Description Appliance repair company, servicing LA is hiring experienced In-Home Appliance Service Technicians with the ability to repair and/or install all makes and brands of appliances. Service Technician Expectations Complete all requested service calls daily Complete all warranty parts claim forms daily-given to parts rep Maintain parts stock in truck to achieve 95% first time fix Escalate all reoccurring service issues to management Provide management with required invoicing information each morning after calls Maintain parts in truck in clean and organized manner Maintain professional image - clean shirts / pants, etc. at start of each day Keep log of open / incomplete for parts calls - escalate as required Greet all customers with courteous and helpful disposition What You Need to Start: 2 + years experience with home appliance repair Strong customer service skills, a positive attitude and self-motivated Your Own Vehicle and a Valid Driver's License Your Own Tools A free background check and drug screening
