Support for Families of Children with Disabilities' 21st Annual Information and Resource Conference Returns via Zoom on April 30th from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Please note -- This is a virtual event, it will be held online and not at our offices! More than 20 workshops for families and professionals including Healthy Sexuality for Teens with Disabilities, Community Recreation for Kids with Disabilities, and Youth Mental Health Presented in Partnership with San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD) Special Education Services and Community Advisory Committee (CAC) for Special Education. The annual IRC is an opportunity for families of children with disabilities and those who support them to gather in community, learn from experts in the disability field, and find resources that can help support their children on the path to academic and life success. Over 300 people attended the virtual IRC in 2021, and Support for Families anticipates welcoming even more people this year.
