Furniture Delivery, Install & Assembly Contractor ** This role requires travel within San Francisco, CA and the Bay Area** Codi workspaces offer secure, inspiring and collaborative work environments with quality furnishing and amenities. Codi Operations involves juggling many moving parts when setting up (activating) or breaking down (deactivating) new workspaces. We provide our clients with amenities and furnishing on time, every time and we're looking for furniture installers to help us do it! Responsibilities - Connect directly with our team for scheduled furniture delivery, pickup, installation times - Reset spaces to normal furniture layout - Be on site for internet installation - Set up access for spaces - Utilize checklists to ensure that all items are installed & assembled - Multiple installation locations per week - Complete installation forms at the end of shifts - On site waiting for internet installations You'll be responsible for picking up and moving furniture from one location to another Requirements - Ability to be scheduled for long shifts or multiple shifts on available days (minimum 4hrs) - Must have a large cargo vehicle (Sprinter, Cargo Van, etc) to transport furniture to multiple locations - Valid Drivers License - Knowledge of how to install monitors for plug and play use (hdmi, usb-c) - Minimum iPhone 11 or equivalent Android (required to use our contractor app) and the ability to take good photos and videos (landscape) - Tech-savvy (e.g. clock-in apps, slack, google suite, forms, zoom & google hangout) - Mechanically adept and knows how to safely use tools and equipment; has own tools - Understands basic installation processes: unloading, loading, staging, uncartoning, panel assembly, component assembly, cleanup and detailing, lock installations, etc. - Can read basic floor plans, understands furniture symbols - Capable and efficient in the assembly of furniture, resulting in quality workmanship If this sounds like you, we can't wait to meet you!
