Sunday, April 24, 2022; 1:00 PM to 4:45 PM PDT Santa Cruz Public Library Downtown - Community Room, upstairs 224 Church St, Santa Cruz, CA 95060 You may ask the front desk Librarians for room directions. This meeting is being hosted by the "Santa Cruz Board, Card and Word Games" Meetup group. It is for those who enjoy playing all board games, card games, word games and parlor games, at various skill levels and ages. The group's Organizer will be bringing "a closet full" of games to choose from. You are welcome to bring games you wish to share. This meeting's agenda may include all members in attendance playing one, multi-player game, or we may break up into smaller groups to play several games at the same time, using different tables. It just depends on what people want to play when they arrive. If several tables are used, then games and players can be rotated in and out naturally. This room can accommodate 45 people, so there should be enough tables to go around. Bringing your personal beverages and snacks is allowed in this Library meeting room. Please pick up anything you bring with you and throw it away in the provided trash and recycling cans. If you accidentally drop food or spill a drink, please clean it up. This group strongly recommends getting vaccinations and wearing masks, but does not enforce them. The Santa Cruz Public Library does recommend wearing masks. With the State mandate lifted, it is up to your individual choice and your comfort level to decide whether to wear a mask, or not. If you have any concern about handling shared game pieces, dice, and cards, you may use hand sanitizer, or gloves.
