Looking for a Dispatcher/Manager for semi truck service company.
looking for a girl or lady to handle the phone and dispatch the mechanic to jobs.
Qualifications:
Prior trucking experience working at a dealership or mechanic shop.
should know how to track invoices, mention the work done and type it on invoices.
Knowledge about truck parts, should be able to identify a truck part call dealership and order the parts.
Contact vendors to find truck parts and pick the up and have mechanic install them.
Need to have experience to match vin# and part# before ordering any part, make sure its the right part.
Knowledge about tire size and contact vendor to find good deals on tires.
should be able to make invoices and keep accounts in track.
Should be able to do active marketing on goggle and online, spread the word around about service company.
bi lingual is a plus, Spanish speaking is great.
Should have knowledge about inspections level 1, DOT ANNUAL INSPECTION AND DOT 90 DAY INSPECTION.
KEEP UP WITH TRUCK INSPECTION EVERY 90 DAYS. SHOULD HAVE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT MAINTAINING A TRUCK FILE WITH ALL INSPECTION PAPERS FOR DOT BIT / FEDRAL AUDITS.
Should be able to identify the issue when a customer calls, explain it to the mechanic get the parts orders from vendors give mechanic the parts and dispatch the mechanic for the job, follow up on the repair and make the customer invoice for the job.

COMPENSATION $ 15/hour.
working monday to friday, saturday&sunday half day
