If you have landscaping experience I will teach you how to build ponds and waterfalls. I will be retiring soon and I want a bright energetic person to learn and install ponds and waterfalls. To be successful you must be driven to learn. I expect you to have a valid Drivers license and be fully vaccinated (you can't talk to my clients without a vaccination). While you learn ON the job I will pay $25/hr and consider more depending on your learning progress. Learning is progress. Progress expands opportunity. Though there will be a fair amount of labor required, this is not a "labor" job. It should be, for you, an ownership opportunity. Besides working (the time ON the job part), I expect you to study, read and live in the wonderful world of ponds and waterfalls. If you can imagine taking a piece of land, designing a waterfall and building it yourself I will help you achieve your goal. You can, with hard work and learning, determine the opportunity.
