TEMECULA, CA —Traffic was backed up at the Winchester offramp and the southbound 15 Freeway in Temecula Thursday morning due to police activity. California Highway Patrol Officers responded to the Winchester offramp and bridge Thursday morning at 7:30 a.m. for an unreported reason. No additional information was available.
