Guitarist needed for indie rock band

Looking for a guitarist interested in joining a drummer and bassist long term for writing and gigging live in SB County. Must be able to attend weekly practice on Mondays and contribute paying for practice space. Ideally, we're looking for someone who: Is motivated to practice on their own time outside of our weekly practices in Santa Barbara Is able to learn covers quickly Works well writing at the direction of other band members Is interested and available to play live 1-2 times a month Singing ability is a plus 20s-30s preferred Fits well with our musical taste and direction Can play to click track during practice and when practicing on own time. Having an in-ear monitor setup is a massive plus for making that easy during practice. We have a full mixer set up in the studio, so you just need the earbuds and cable. We have a few originals written and and mostly recorded that just need guitar parts. Our current guitarist is moving away in a couple months but has parts written and is able to teach them to you if you'd like. We can also give you a more general direction of each song and let you come up with your own take on them as well. If it's a fit we can bring you in for studio time. We would plan to release 2-3 originals together before the end of the year and gigging shortly after. Feel free to shoot me a text and I'd love to get to know you.
